Transport Prep

Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance to assure availability.

Two methods for scheduling transport

Go to Contact Us Page, complete transport request form, then click on submit.

Availability response/confirmation will be made within 20 minutes by phone/ email and/or text.

Due to the immediacy of an emergency call, only minimal info is required during this call, (your name, address, destination address, credit card information). Availability will be determined immediately.

Advise us as to the need of a stretcher or ramp to transport your pet.

Have a collar and leash for your dog.

Cat must be in a travel carrier.

Rabbits, Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Ferrets, Turtles, etc. MUST BE CAGED.

ID Tags should be attached to dog collar.

Payment must be secured by credit card. We accept Cash, Debit Card, American Express, Master Card or Visa Credit Cards.

Crate & Carrier Requirements

Your pet’s safety is our top priority. Please ensure your pet is in a properly secured carrier or crate that meets our standards:
